Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a credit card for the trial?

No. The trial is completely free and requires no credit card. Download it, install it, and see it working in your environment before spending anything.

What's included in the trial?

The trial is fully functional: 1 management server, 10 workstations, 21 days. Every feature is enabled. Install it, open a Word document, and watch it get recorded. That's FileSure working. If you need more time to evaluate, just ask — we'll extend it.

What if I need more workstations?

Contact us for volume pricing. We offer discounts for larger deployments and multi-year contracts.

Do you offer government pricing?

Yes. Contact us to discuss pricing for government agencies. ByStorm is a Texas-based company and qualifies as a resident bidder for Texas state procurements.

What Windows versions are supported?

FileSure runs on all Windows versions from legacy systems through Windows 11 and Server 2022. If you have specialized equipment locked to an older Windows version, we can protect it.

How does FileSure compare to other security tools?

FileSure is a prevention tool, not a detection tool. While antivirus and EDR scan for known threats, FileSure controls what's allowed to happen to your files — stopping threats before they execute. See the full comparison →

Not sure which version is right for you?

Contact us and we'll help you figure it out. No pressure, no sales pitch — just a conversation about your situation.
